Kick-off and protections

Week 2

Data handoff

Firm uploads CSVs, AR/AP ageing, and bank data for 3 selected pilot clients. No API integrations needed.

Weeks 3–4

Cleriqa runs the pilot

Cleriqa maps the data, detects issues, and prepares cash model, anomaly reports, and action outputs.

Week 5+

Branded client access live

Clients invited via branded email or WhatsApp. Cleriqa manages activation. Firm keeps the relationship and ownership.
