Frédéric Vérin spent 22 years in finance leadership roles — CFO across South-East Asia and Europe, advisor to boards navigating rapid growth, distress, and exits. He has led or advised on nine M&A transactions and built two companies from the ground up.

Cleriqa was built from that experience. The recurring problem across every CFO role was the same: SMEs were making consequential cash decisions with incomplete, delayed, or misread data. Accounting firms were spending skilled hours on rework instead of advice. Cleriqa is the decision layer that closes that gap.

Frédéric is based in Singapore. Cleriqa is a Singapore-incorporated company, currently running its founding partner pilot with a select group of accounting firms across South-East Asia.
